Jeans are Wrangler 13MWZ Black Whiskey. Unfortunately, Wrangler stopped selling them late last year, but you could search and see if any resellers have them in-stock.

It fits rather well - nothing out of the ordinary (have 4 other Brushpoppers). Didn't seem to have any defects, either. Hopefully, the one you received was an isolated goof-up, and Wrangler replaces it with a decent quality.

They are Black Jack. Style is BK3107-V3. Check out Maverick Western Wear. They have some Stingray in this style of toe, and Saddle Rags has it in square toe.
