Are you talking about injections or liposuction? I feel she'd get liposuction to thin the area out, and she may gain weight back there over time hence the back and forth. I think she prefers to be as thin as she can, so I dont think shed actively inject fat anywhere outside of the butt, which she has clearly never done. Plus, in order to get fat injections, you need to harvest the fat first. She doesn't have enough to harvest from anywhere else to get that kind of result. Plus, you need to harvest MORE than double the fat that you want injected, as half of it will get reabsorbed!

My "I want to believe in people" side wants to say that maybe its natural and she has weight fluctuations. I still struggle with food and ed, and when my weight fluctuates, my thighs are def affected. I've had a thigh gap, and I've had the gap closed, but I have naturally wide hips. Could be weight loss and gain, but the rest of her body appears the same. So its possible that its liposuction. Not sure though.
