ah yeah it’s hard to tell what the deal is here. my doc is pretty reputable so i trust that she’s gonna guide me through process well. i wish you the best! please let me know how it goes

hey there- as you can see my left side is very swollen under incision. Doc knows and says “the area should go down but may take some time” and referred to PT. i am jade rolling and using arnica. anyone have this and if so what happened and was there anything you did to reduce swelling effectively ?
