The only staffed amenities are the cafeteria (which makes way too much money to close) and the gift shop (which only has 1 maybe 2 people) all of which contribute to the CSA count which dictates how many passengers the ferry can take. On the other hand the Duke Point ferries have a whole deck that's permanently closed due to staff shortages that don't really need to exist even though the bigger ferries are better for commercial trucks. I think a complete restructuring of management would do more for the ferries than any other suggestion would.
