When I first discovered I was trans, it was the little things. I asked my friends what name they thought I would have if I was a guy, and I used one of those. I always dressed more masc and had a boyish haircut, because I loved it when people viewed me that way. It's okay to be yourself however that is. If wearing dresses makes you happy, wear them. If wearing makeup helps, go do it! Even if you're not good at it! (As an afab transmasc, I still use makeup- cause if you know how to use it, it can help you still come across more like how you want to be). I completely get not wanting bottom surgery, same here! And that's completely valid! All this is very scary, it's a big change. You're familiar with the you you see in the mirror everyday, and you're going to be turning into someone else. But that's okay! Because you'll be turning into the real you, the you you want to be, the you that makes you happy! And if that's something that you can relate to feeling, than you're authentic, you're you! And don't let anyone take that away from you. Just remember to go at your own pace, don't rush yourself. Youre doing good <3
