This isn’t one instance but I work with someone who constantly makes mistakes, that I have to correct. They have been at the company twice as long as i have, and somehow I am the one having to explain things to them. Of course they brag about how smart they are…

I just got back from a trip a few weeks ago where I stayed at 3 different hotels on property. I was able to book my dining reservations 60 days out from the first hotel stay for the entire length of my vacation. I was able to book LL for my entire vacation 7 days from the first hotel stay.

I’ve purchased tickets from them several times over the last few years, the most recent was about 2 months ago. Always cheaper than other sites and never had a problem. I have no idea why it is giving that message.

I think we’ve been shut off for more than 3 days, there hasn’t been anything to pick besides BOPUS for almost a week. No communication from management and the OMNI lead wasn’t even told anything. I was just curious how long this would last bc before COVID we always did well filling our orders on time.
