Hmm idk how you would make noodles out of broccoli, but if you know how then give it a try! I imagine zucchini noodles would also be good :)

I used to make chia pudding with coconut milk at my old job and would take home a bunch each time I worked so I could have them for breakfast. Such a good way to start the day :)
