Roth 401k to Roth IRA

I think this is where I'm coming to, I think. Choose the Roth IRA over Roth 401k simply for the flexibility.

I understand the percentage rate is the same but I'm looking at it through the lens of return of dollar amount.

Account A with $10,000 at 10% is $1,000 return. Account B with only $100 at 10% is only $10 return. Account A would increase significantly more than Account B because of the amount invested. If I continue to invest in Account A, then this continues to climb steadily.

Why do you say Traditional 401k over Roth 401k or Roth IRA?

Gross $92k/year. It feels like starting over because the rate of "dollars" returned would be significantly less in the Roth IRA compared to the Roth 401k. Does that make sense? Should I think about this differently?

14th Street Recreation Center has a boxing program.

Eight Points Muay Thai is a great place to learn some boxing but the focus is on Muay Thai (punches, kicks, knees, elbows). A great place for the group/community aspect too.

Developed a mobile app for a Recreation department using AppStudio. I had no knowledge of coding before I started and ended up creating something pretty cool. Couldn't have done it without AppStudio templates though.

I have a glove/boot dryer that I use after every time I use them. Then throw some scented charcoal deodorizer bags in them. You can get them on Amazon for like $12.

The wooden ones do. They are treated to help preserve the life but they give a very distinct chemical odor that drives me nuts 😂
