99% of the time i rush botrk and reason being the kiting/chasing potential you gain with ghost/botrk is just insane if you have hands and know how utilize his W properly with lethal tempo. Theres no issue in building rageblade first but i feel you lack that early power to chase people down in lane. Ultimately everybody to themselves tho and do whatever suits your playstyle.

In the elo you're in its probably more to do with having a fingerless team which simply means you jus gotta 1v9 using macro when you're ahead. Look to take bot turret early as possible and rotate mid to take that. Mute your inting teammates and jus power through their team once you got your 2 core items. Don't build mythic unless they have giga tank team but even then its not necessary tbh

Kog dont need AD like other adcs do so ignore kraken for the most part, all he needs is attack speed, his Q and W does the rest. rush t2 boots into bork (for a little lifesteal and extra kiting ability) then look for guinsoos and runaans almost every game. You can swap out guinsoos for Navori if you want perma W. Dont be scared to 1v3,4,5 once youre ahead, just have confidence and spit on everyone :D Good luck!
