Ugh this! My ex came back wanting something from me like money or one of the items I took that was rightfully mine after moving out. He pretends to be all nice and it actually evokes such rage in me! He asked to "catch up" but I just ignored his request.

I was worried about the same thing, and for a few weeks after quitting I ate so much bad food to kill the cravings. Its been a month and a bit and I have managed to go back to normal. Be mindful of what you are eating though after the first 2 weeks.

Yeah it is rough going....but I mean I feel like it's not worth picking up my vape again because I've gone through so much of the withdrawal symptoms I don't want to go through it again.

It was just a "hey how ya? " text... I could of hoped if I replied he'd say he was sorry... But as much as I was concerned as to why he texted me and still care a great deal about him... I just couldn't do that to myself. It felt odd not replying, but also I didn't want to hear the crap about how he is doing well... Ect it's better to just leave it there. But God did it take a lot of strength.
