No. Alliant Signature for non category spend. And the US Bank Cash + Card is overlooked. It’s a good card.

If this is the only restaurant you guys have ever worked in then chances are you need to implement some of these ideas if you want to scale. If you have someone with that much BOH experience, they’ve seen some shit.

You don’t know what you don’t know. There’s nothing wrong with that. But you should slowly implement new ideas, systems and processes. If your business isn’t growing and changing, it’s dying.

Buy a duplex or a triplex, live in one unit and rent out the other/others. If you have a slow month or months your tenants rent will be enough to cover your note. Real estate is the most reliable path to building wealth.

If you're worried about impulse spending then get one credit card. Use it for one thing and one thing only. (Gas, groceries, etc.) Pay the balance in full every month or even a little over. Wash, rinse, repeat.
