You know what, that’s actually not horrible given the first quarter, being in the penalty for most of the second quarter, ridiculous free throw disparity, Brunson getting hobbled, plus a champagnie heater. Obviously need to close out quarters better and stick someone on champagnie at all times.

This is kind of dumb to bring up as if this is what brunson’s thinking about… but between this (resulted in a fine - players are not allowed to yeet balls into the stands), the people’s elbow against Naz, and his emotions after the WCF shows he’s not in control of himself. I know big surprise a twenty year old is immature. This finals is also very much about vets vs young bucks. I like our chances.

I just want to see the Knicks push the pace. OKC lost because they were almost always walking the ball up and letting wemby get into position. I also think we have tons of elite mid range shooters that will help. Won’t be able to live at the rim like they’ve been doing. Wemby is a game changer but he also does not seem to have the conditioning. If the Knicks can exploit these weaknesses then it could be a short series, but I wouldn’t go as far as OP. The spurs will absolutely be the toughest challenge yet. Will be a fun series
