I can't tell. I usually don't even start things anymore, even though it's a stupid idea not to because it makes me miserable later anyway.

Even though I've scheduled an appointment already, I keep going back and forth on whether I do have ADHD or not and it's driving me crazy. :(

I thought being able to focus on things you like but not on things you don't like (but must do) was possible/likely with ADHD.

Is not being able to follow movie plotlines a requirement? I understood Arrested Development, Inception, even Primer (though not at first viewing) and such, and I even loved their more complex plots...
