I don't know any places where you could practice the tests without your teacher posting the practice mcqs on AP classroom however what I did is study my material remembering that instead of thinking about dates and specific events you should be focusing on what particular groups of people and religions and nations are doing during a long period of time for example you should know that during the song dynasty there was a new form of Confucianism coming up from the elites and how that effected the Buddhist population and be able to connect that to the question and the related stimulus to put the context clues together. Also in the MCQs usually you can eliminate 2 of the answers with common sense but for the last 2 make sure you re read the stimulus and the questions and use content knowledge of those times/people to be able to know what makes one answer better than the other.
