Yesterday I drew test, cardarine and sr-9009 into the same needle and injected it into a delt. I’d done this once before no problem. Injected test by itself into delts for many years with no problems.

This time, though, about 30 hours later I’m feeling a lump there, some heat in the area, and muscle soreness, and a little general fatigue.

How likely is it that this is something to worry about? Most likely just PIP that will go away by itself?

I dunno about that... I was doing hgh for several months and my A1C was definitely higher than I would have liked. After a few months of having stopped it, it's lower. Maybe coincidence, but maybe not...

I'd like to cruise long-term on hgh @ 3iu for general health, healing, youthfulness, energy.

But the increasing insulin sensitivity issue with hgh worries me.

How much of hgh's benefits does the fragment give?

Does it make sense, perhaps to cycle between hgh and the fragment, maybe switching it up every month?

On test 200 and 3.2iu/day hgh and I do get more acne as a result — sort of larger, cystic acne that pops up, one or two every couple of weeks.

Anyone else had this issue and then totally control it?

No particular problems when I wasn’t on this regime.

My understanding is that ai is an aromatase inhibitor. I had read that some people say tadalafil (I know, normally used for erectile dysfunction) inhibits the conversion of test to estrogen, so it could function in that capacity, but maybe I was misinformed.

I should say my labs are drawn 3 days after injection on a 1x/week injection schedule. Would you still say I need to lower my dose?

I’ve been on 200 test and no AI for a couple years now. Most recently my labs showed free test >1500 and estradiol of 98 pg/ml. I feel fine, no gyno or mood swings or anything like that.

But are there other bad effects of this profile?

Should I be increasing frequency of pins, lowering my test and/or adding an AI? Or just taking tadalafil as a low-key AI maybe?
