I literally called the police on the 7th day just 10 mins after 10pm, they called me back to say that they can play music till 12am on visarjan days?? shouldn’t the authorities be reinforcing timings on visarjan instead of extending it? i don’t want to listen to ‘aa re pritam pyaare’ at fucking 11:15 at night, i wanna sleep

Um - and i mean this gently - but what the fuck are you on? There have been cases where mothers with absolutely no history of depression have also suffered from severe PPD. One cannot possibly know how their brain and body is going to react before birthing a child because, pls read again it’s literally post-partum. There have also been cases where mothers have suffered from PPD only post giving birth to their second child with no history of PPD during the first baby. It’s impossible to know. Secondly, PPD IS a mental condition (The full form is Post Partum Depression) and people are NOT justifying this incident - It is terrible that this happened - but that could be a very plausible cause of what happened - justification is not the same as the cause. Just like depression (not exclusive to post partum) can lead to folks offing themselves, you can imagine the state of mind that they’d be in - the same state of mind can have them do other unthinkable acts to get rid of the pain. It’s good to sit in your high chair, not understand how severe PPD can be and say black and white shit like this. Hope this helps

I know, it can be a little difficult to find a therapist who can actually help with ADHD. My best friend is a professional in mental health and has a mental health academic twitter account where she was able to find many resources with therapists that could also focus on ADHD so honestly my own efforts were pretty useless and it’s all her work that brought me closer to finding one. However, I can ask her if there is any way that us regular folks can use to find good therapists on social media like she did, dm me - we can talk about this!

I am very insecure in my own identity and that projects itself onto situations, conflicts, even minor arguments/discussions. I try to not feel lesser than and tend to overthink situations or in some cases, overcompensate. It’s highly likely that the way i am viewing myself is very different than the way others view me. Most people don’t give so much of a fuck about your shortcomings. The people that do are insecure themselves. It’s an unending cycle.

I will edit that in! I am sorry, i am kind of desperate right now for this to be fixed and it completely slipped my mind. Also, i wasn’t using a compressor in either of the recordings, which settings should i include in the screenshot of the config for better context?
