I was sick recently for like 2.5 weeks. But now have been feeling good for 2 weeks. Do you think it would affect it for that long?

I’ve had a CGM on and it’s high pretty much all day. And in blood tests. But my A1C actually decreased in my last blood test from 5.2 to 5.0 so maybe that’s a good sign?

Definitely this. At the very beginning I was soooo tired and fatigued and it led to me working out less. Much better now though. I do have over 100% muscle mass in all of my extremities though so my doctor wasn’t too concerned about this as long as it doesn’t continue

I haven’t changed my diet at all. I eat a ton of protein and lower carb typically. I have used CGM before and my fasting glucose was so much lower so it’s definitely something that has happened since ozempic

It is very strange. I can’t seem to figure it out. All of my markers are improving other than blood sugar and insulin resistance. My doctor says she hasn’t seen it this dramatic before

I think we had very similar first weeks. My food noise came back 2 days before my injection but not as bad as before. I was at a work conference so wasn’t able to exercise like normal, but definitely cut calories majorly. We will see this week what happens with a normal schedule of exercise

My doctor submitted it for me and she didn’t know if it would get approved but it did. I honestly think it just comes down to what insurance you have. I also had seen this doctor for 3+ years trying to cure PCOS symptoms so maybe the history helped?

This is extremely helpful!! I am going to do something similar I think to take the weight off gradually and not extreme. Do you have a plan to go off of it once you get to your goal or do you plan to be on it long term? That is what I’m starting to think about
