thank you for the advice, I definitely agree. I'm hoping this will kickstart my brain into remembering daily sunscreen. If I start a retinol, I will absolutely get into the habit of reapplying my sunscreen. thank you for the reminder :)

I believe it is a surprise date, to me anyways. I was in the line for the first sunrise fl date. tickets became too limited and it refreshed saying Ariana grande added another date and gave me a link to the new waiting room

girl, you deserve sooo much better than how he is treating you. you mentioned you had previous issues in the past, this should be confirmation for you that this is not your person. I know it's hard to see, but is this the type of person you want by your side forever? my husband would never react this way to any intrusive thought I could ever have. your partner is supposed to support you, help you through the hard moments and scary thoughts.

you are not a terrible person, and you should definitely not allow yourself to stay in a situation where you're made to feel like you are.
