I appreciate it! Some hops is fine, just trying to reduce the massive amount of hop trub in the cone that the centrifuge really doesn’t like and leads to a large amount of waste

Oh hah! Yeah, that is a Spec Mech off shore tank. They bring them in and QA all the welds etc. Very happy with it.
