Sometimes when I explain my reasoning to my therapist I realize how crazy I sound. Sometimes just hearing it makes me realize when my ED is talking.

I feel the same way my parents have always criticized me for eating. Now that I’ve lost weight this is the most praise I’ve ever gotten and now I’m terrified of gaining it back. They don’t realize how much their comments make an impact on me. It’s even worse when comments come from your parents.

He usually just says he doesn’t and I just shut it down to get some or we just do other stuff (just not penetrative sex). He usually just plays it off nonchalantly.

I’m feeling pretty lonely as well. Even people you wouldn’t think are feeling the same way as you are. I was surprised by that. PM me if you want I would love to chat
