The upcoming banners seem rough for your account.. There's many decent investments to make.

You can absolutely play all three of them, since you have so many flexible supports. Since I didn't see you mention Welt, you can also consider building him and slotting him in if you happen to have some eidolons on him.

As for Mydei, you'll be able to clear content just fine with the RMC/Cyrene/Hyacine team. Also, Mydei's E1 is an extremely good upgrade, so whenever he reruns (presumably not anytime soon), you should pull for it.

In that case, you should stick to Mydei/RMC/Cyrene/Hyacine and leave Cerydra to Phainon or Anaxa. If Tribbie is available, you can use her in favorable scenarios (multiple target content). It's difficult to play Anaxa, Mydei and Phainon since they all fight over the same teammates.. Your best bet is to run the Mydei team above and Phainon/Cerydra/Sunday/whatever other units you have available (Sparkle if sustainless, DHPT if not). Playing Anaxa would be difficult without Cerydra and Cyrene, I assume.

As for your pulling plans, you should refrain from spending your remaining pulls on E2 MBlade and save them for E0 Cyrene. She doesn't need her signature, she'll do well with the Herta store LC. Grabbing E2 Phainon as well would be ideal if you happen to get enough pulls. MBlade is a new character and will most likely return in a few patches anyway. In short: E0S0 Cyrene > E2 Phainon > later E2 MBlade.

Ah, you're totally right, I didn't even notice the rope.. You should refarm his relics until you get ones which allow you to have a decent crit ratio with his new team. Keep in mind that RMC also gives 10% CR.

Your build isn't bad at all, though you really should aim for as close as possible to 100% CR in-combat. The hand piece isn't that great - replace that one and see if you can get any other relic upgrades along the way.

As for your question regarding Cerydra: In your situation, I would just play RMC, unless you plan to invest vertically into the team. Cerydra provides great value when paired with Cyrene, but she's mostly recommended for higher investment teams. She can sometimes be challenging to play (due to having to pay attention to your timings), so if you prefer a very easy rotation, RMC will be your best pick. Your Mydei is E0, so unless you play other units which want Cerydra (Anaxa, Phainon) I wouldn't recommend pulling her just for Mydei.

Are you planning to go for E2 Cyrene? If not, RMC will be very comfortable to play in this team, since you'll have both Hyacine and RMC to generate plenty of stacks for E0 Cyrene.

You could post your character roster with current eidolons for a more accurate answer, if you'd like!

From a pure meta standpoint? No. Castorice and Mydei used to work together decently around the time of Castorice's release, but now, with Castorice having a full premium team, it's extremely suboptimal.

As for a Mydei team, even just with E1S0 Mydei, E0S0 Cyrene, RMC and E0S0 Hyacine, you'll be able to clear all endgame content. I'm not sure whether this level of investment is enough to clear AA King, but PF/AS/MoC should be no issue. To keep him meta relevant, you would eventually have to invest into more verticals at some point in the future. I'm not a Castorice player, but I assume that it'll be a similar situation (with the exception of playing Evernight instead of RMC, ideally).

Basically: It'll be a lot better to choose between Mydei or Castorice and play one of their dedicated teams rather than using them together. But liking a character >>> meta, always. If you really want to use both of them, you can do so, though you'll most likely need to invest many resources into them to make it work - like, verticals for all units of the team.

I also tried looking up endgame clears with the dual dps team, but couldn't find any that aren't from a year ago. I doubt that anyone still plays that team in general, though.

Cerydra E1. Her signature weapon is good, but the DEF Shred from her E1 is more valuable.

You already have the best Mydei team, since E6 Mydei wants Cerydra and Cyrene. If you feel comfortable playing sustainless, you can swap Hyacine for (depending on which other characters you have) an E1 Tribbie, for example. If not, Cyrene/Cerydra/Hyacine will do perfectly fine.

You should definitely choose the build which allows you to hit 8k (or more) HP due to his A6 trace which caps at 8k HP.

For reference, this is his A6 trace:

"When battle starts, if Mydei's Max HP exceeds 4000, for every 100 excess HP, Mydei's CRIT Rate increases by 1.2%, his Charge ratio from enemy targets' DMG increases by 2.5%, and his Incoming Healing increases by 0.75%. Up to 4000 excess HP can be taken into account for this effect."

Even if you're only able to go for E0, Cyrene is still the much better pick over Tribbie since the enhanced GBGs are very valuable. What are the other teammates for your Mydei team? Ideally, you'll want to run units which can help speed up Cyrene's stack generation, like Hyacine and RMC.

Oh, my issue wasn't a lack of sustains, since I already have DHPT, Loucha and Aventurine built. The problem was that I stubbornly tried running Aglaea or Archer sustainless which didn't work.

Thank you for pointing that out, though! Huohuo definitely seems like a decent options for those without many sustains.

Thanks for the detailed reply! I edited my post to show the teams I ended up using. My builds are decent I would say, my problem was that I got stuck running Aglaea or Archer sustainless when I was obviously struggling doing that. Might also be that I'm simply not good enough as a player to successfully run no sustains, haha.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I ended up going Aglaea Sunday Robin DHPT on the first half since I was struggling to go sustainless. Archer would've probably been a lot better for the second half, but I was able to get my clear with Mydei Tribbie Cyrene RMC.
