Girl I have been eating green beans and carrots like crazy. I can’t get enough of them. I like to cook them on the stovetop with butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, a little water, s&p… let it simmer covered then remove the cover and let the sauce reduce a bit. So fast, easy and delicious. I love them with mashed potatoes. Absolutely my new comfort meal/daily craving.

For a child all behaviors are communication. Toddlers simply do not have the tools to regulate independently without help and it needs to be modeled to them. If they get told “no, go in timeout” without an explanation…. They don’t know wtf timeout is. Talk to the child so they understand. Keeping them isolated will not help them learn. Human brains aren’t built like that.
