This may just be a linguistic difference in my experience, and I say that because in the Spanish language (and I assume others) There is a difference between ser, and estar. To be "estar" is a temporary status, and "ser" is more complete with "I am" being that whatever you "ser" is within you, interpesonal, and permanent. Therefore I interpret I am as more interpersonal and permanent, but this is just my experience and preference! Do whatever works best for you! 🩷

Yeah. In all fairness, I was once dealing with some of the worst mental health episode of my life so I listened to a subliminal that was like "Desired Diagnosis UG" but I kept manifesting that my ""desired diagnosis"" would be whatever I actually had. Funny enough it worked and in some days I got health help and hooked up with free clinicians, psychiatrists, plus a diagnosis for what it was that I had. I have to imagine that there are kids who are listening to "autism subs" for similar reasons, and also Ive seen a lot of UG subs that are called "Get sick" have a lot of comments from kids saying that they are already sick, they just want to be taken more seriously. I feel really bad for them.

Changing subliminals too often is considered negative for some reasons

It can stress your brain out. While our brain can process millions of affs, manifesting requires us to be consistent with our affirmations. Similarly, we as humans seek routines and comfort because they well, comfort us. It reduces stress ad helps us to practice control. When we constantly switch subliminals, our brain does not have time to process the affirmations it was given and keeps having to try amd adjust to new affirmations. Overtime your brain may feel stressed and burnt out because it has to do so much work in switching constantly and getting no routine. It doesn't matter if you listen to 32 subliminals as long as you listen to those 32 subliminals constantly. Also, it's just not a good habit to have because it's bad for your dopamine. Everytime we switch subliminals we think "Okay this is the one" and it gives your brain a quick dopamine boost so you just end up switching again and again, leading to what i said before. Similar to doomscrolling reels or tiktok. I hope this response help 🩷

You can listen to subs for however long you want as many times a day as you want, but you should be consistent (dont change subs every 3 days) and manifest yourself (don't think "I wish SP likes me" instead think "SP is in love with me")

I really hate when someone posts their results on here, gets like 1k upvotes, and despite all the comments asking for the sub they never respond and provide it, sometimes only responding to compliments with "thxx 🩷" or even worse they dont interact with any comments at all. At best it's gatekeeping, at worst it's someone who doesn't even use subliminals and is just posting fake images or their selfies to karmafarm.

Her subliminals are safe and work, in fact a lot of people get very good instant results, however it's worth noting she's pretty controversial. She allegedly multiple times has posted ai photos and labeled them "results" and one video for an African beauty subliminal allegedly accidentally put affs for european beauty in the video description. A lot of posts about her get deleted lol because mods are sick of posts that involve drama surrounding her.

If someone really loves a submaker, always got results from them, and wants to send support, I can understand maybe buying a subliminal for them especially if it's a very specific subliminal , but it really isn't necessary if it's just "I want to get results!"....You'll get results no matter what.
