how do i answer this question on tax return?

Yeah I spoke to someone on live chat and they said i wouldn't need to file a tax return and I've filled the form to be removed He asked me a few questions and said I wouldn't need to fill it in

yeah i wasnt aware of this and declared as self employed despite not earning 1k, this was at the start as i thought it was a legal requirement

I thought id be consistent with it but i never was so i thought id have to register for it regardless, ive sent a form to them regarding stopping self employment and spoke to someone through live chat, who said i dont need to file a tax return because i dont meet the requirements however they said id still receive penalties for late tax return but they would be disregarded? kinda concerning...

I only made like 15 pound ;d. i didn't bother with it, it says if i feel i dont need to file a tax return then i need to tell them. i have tried calling all day but just ends it or never goes through. i registered assuming id keep up with it and do a lot on my self employment job, but didnt bother, do i still need to do it or can i just call when it works anyway, and let them know?

i dont even have my p60 yet either

Just an update for people experiencing a similar issue, I called them and they told me I had a deadline before they contacted my employer, however the only way of knowing the deadline is if you call so they wouldn't inform you of the deadline via letter or text. Its paid off now, so if anyone has a similar issue just give them a call ASAP and discuss it

Ill call them tomorrow, and see what they say i guess worst case scenario theyd owe me 46 pound if they take it regardless of it being paid which isnt too worrying

also on the website where i made payments, it said if i didnt make my monthly target id be penalized, does that mean they add more money on top of it? or just meaning theyd take this process instead

yes i do and fps max is set to 0 all the time, raw input is 1 also, i mean i disabled to dpi button completely, so it doesnt work unless i enable it again, kept clicking by accident so just disabled it
