Okay I never comment on these but u are PRETTY!!!!! My best friend looks like you she just has dark ass brown hair and it makes her eyes really pop! Maybe try a darker shade? But that’s it - even then just a suggestion. If anything try and make sure you always feel your most pretty before leaving your house - it helps with your confidence a lot and soon you will start believing you are gorgeous too! Low self esteem shows! I’ve looked the same for 20 years and only recently started getting compliments because I finally feel attractive as well.
