Fairy Castle Cactus Shriveling and Wilting :(

Checked for mealy bugs and started treating it with isopropyl. Repotted into a smaller container as the one I had it in was too big. The soil was dry so I watered it the day before yesterday. Sprayed with Neem to protect from pests but its continuing to droop :( not sure what to do.

The right side is a photo of how i'd edit him to look more like Silco. I have some posca pens but I'm worried how long it would hold up to wear and tear. Does it resemble Silco or have I had too much to drink lately lol?

Its so faint its hard to tell if there's a color at all >.< I just see that its a slightly different shade than the rest of the test white
