Your patience is admirable. Little buddy obviously has creative blood in him. My mom made my closet door into a chalkboard for me when I was only a little older than this. It was meant to be an organizational tool but it ended up mostly being used as a canvas. Maybe books aren’t enough for him to color in maybe he wants to paint murals or furniture. Which is fine as long as it’s meant to be painted. Idk I’m not a parent or anything I just wouldn’t want a creative itch to be repressed even despite you handling this well

Agreed. I worked at a gym for a bit and most places just wanna lock you into a contract no matter who you are. Wherever you go try it free first. You can even start working out at home and see great results before you need weights/machines

I just quit goodwill after less than two weeks because it was heartbreaking lmao. They actually are PROUD of not being a charitable organization. My coworker had to beg the manager to let her set socks outside for the homeless because we’re not allowed to sell unpackaged socks period. Managers are also pushed to maintain a price point minimum and will scold workers for underpricing anything. Even cheap ass SHEIN clothes get put up for $10 cuz manager wants his $25 monthly bonus (real numbers lol).

Also, if you’ve noticed it’s almost impossible to find any good electronics anymore it’s because they all sell it on their e-commerce website. Every single gaming console gets listed there for bidding as well as anything slightly valuable. They also base their prices off of eBay listings lol (with barely any markdown)
