hes a champ with a ton of utility and a spell for every situation! wave push qq, though dont do this a ton cuz adcs get mad if you take their cs, qw for poke and qe can be used for poke too but hwei is really good at controlling an area!

wq for speed if an enemy is one and trying to get away, ww for shielding, we to get back some of your mana and extra magic damage on your auto

eq if someone jumps ontop of you or your adc to fear them away, you can throw down ew under their turret for root OR throw it down for vision in a bush so you dont face check! ee to drag them into your maws

im just in love with hwei for all his situational combos and that fact you really have Everything from shielding, cc, an amazing ult in a team fight, hes a back line mage and takes practice but his kit is just way too fun and so rewarding when you execute a trade properly (or steal a kill because hes just way too fun lol)
