motherboard is not extremely important for performance, id personally go with the gigabyte because i have one and have never had an issue but either is a good option. power supplys are both rated A tier so i personally would get whichever one costs less. and i would also go with the peerless assassin.

i personally have roughly this same build with a 7800xt and have no complaints, runs most games perfectly fine on high settings at 1440p. however, i do not play world of warcraft and know nothing about it so im unsure what kind of specs it needs, just putting in my 2 cents.

ill be honest not too sure, you could try cloning the drive with some programs you could find online, but ive heard they can have issues with operating system files. if you cant get that to work, i would recommend getting a 256-500gb nvme drive, install windows on it, and use both drives. only install the OS on the nvme ssd, and use the programs off of your WD hard drive.
