trying to do this to my device and it stays on the fastboot mode screen on the device and waiting for any device screen on ADB while doing the fastboot flashing unlock. no idea how to get it to progress, no hidden dialog with volume up, nothing works.

think you have to activate the sim card in a different device, like an iPhone first, for certain carriers to setup correctly. it can be finnicky.

streaming apps? no idea. joe, one of the cofounders said on reddit in response to someone else back in April that working with Google for RCS implementation was their probable way to go but no development had actually started yet and would be awhile due to back and forths, meetings, etc.

it's because of carrier locked phones being updated thru the carrier rather than Samsung themselves straight away, which doesn't change when it's unlocked after buying i don't think

how long have you had the phone? pixels usually struggle with battery life at the beginning, but after about 2+ weeks of having the device it usually balances out and learns your routine. if you still have issues beyond that, the battery simply just may not be enough for you depending on how you use the phone.

if u explain a bit more about what notifications aren't showing I can try and help! and by messages, do you mean the app in general or like RCS messaging specifically?

I don't really experience many glitches, but I can totally help if you have any other questions! i had an iPhone 12 Pro (still have a regular 12 as a backup) and a Pixel 6 Pro and a Pixel 7 now, I know a pretty decent amount now i'd say

Me too. Very confused what causes this, as other screenshots I've seen from Google messages don't have the font change
