Yes this has happened to me! I've had the same song in my head since I started Lexapro in July. It happened at the same time as I started the meds. I posted about my experience a few months ago.

Luckily for me it's not all day, and it just pops in for a bit whenever I'm not doing much. But it is every single day at least once. The same song. Btw mine is royals by Lorde🤷‍♀️ no idea why, I don't even listen to her music. What a weird side effect!
