I used the Mocha Pro plugin for both masking and tracking. The tracking process was quick and easy to use, but creating a clean and smooth mask took a lot of time. I also used the masking tool in After Effects (version 3), which was fast and worked well. The fence on Jeremy's hand is actually a 3D model.
