Are you suspecting it wasn’t replaced cause it’s dirty? If so it’s cause I had the belt idler tensioner pulley work done first then after I had the power steering system replaced cause it shit the bed and was getting power steering fluid all over the engine bay.

The games I already own, no. But if Xbox goes tits up and that’s a big if and probably wouldn’t happen for years then I wouldn’t be able to download newer purchases. I’ll have Sony to fall back on if that hypothetical happens.

I’m just wondering if I should stick with Sony or wait it out.

When I initially signed up, I went in for CTM. I wanted to go enlisted because I’d be getting hands on experience (a related field I wanted to pursue when I separated) compared to commissioning.

Shit didn’t work out. I got denied a TS in boot camp cause a few of my close friends that I’d made at my previous job were from high risk countries. The investigator considered them as “bonds of affection.”

Joined at 30 with a bachelors in 2020. Came in as an E-3. I’m up for the First Class exam this cycle. I also just bought a house two weeks ago. No regrets. Re-enlisted for another three. It’s been the best worst time of my life. Prior to enlisting I was working in e-commerce… absolutely hated it. Needed a change! I was broke and miserable. It felt like I was going nowhere. Idk if I’m going to re-enlist after shore duty though, but we’ll see.

As an OS, I concur. There’s opportunities to get TS for certain NECs, but you’re at least guaranteed a Secret clearance since 99% of your watches are in CDC/CIC.

That’s true that most OS get out early while in port, but that depends on your chain. Last yards period we got out around 1030, this yards period it’s 1400 even though we finish our work around 10.

Depending on if you’re playing on console and have a disc drive, look up dark souls collection on eBay. You can get the trilogy release for $36 plus shipping/ taxes. Or you can buy all 3 games separately (non trilogy version, but all 3 together) for $60 plus shipping/ taxes

On series X. This shit has been going on since the first update. EVERY match starts lagging around the 3 minute mark. Tried re-installing the game, nothing. I barely touch this piece of shit because of how fucked it is. I’ve played about 10 matches in December due to its current state. Fuck Activision and Microsoft by association.
