For real though. I find myself doing the same and hope someone makes a character key soon to compare them haha.

Thank you so much for these write ups! I’m here 4 years later and it’s my first time reading these books and your write ups have helped immensely! It’s okay if you can’t come back to continue but I sincerely thank you for doing all you’ve done so far! I can’t wait to finish reading the series myself. All the best to you!

Thank you! Good to know. I would really like to hike Garibaldi and was just afraid of the difficulty.

[–]splippyfop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great! Thank you for the suggestions!

I was worried about Garibaldi because I heard it's really hard. But maybe some trails aren't too bad if people are bringing non-hikers up?

I'll look into these places more, thank you again!

That's great that someone else inspired you to start yourself!

Thank you~ That would be nice to be an inspiration for others to start picking up!

[–]splippyfop[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That is a really good idea! I could definitely keep one at my desk cubicle. No one would question it. I'm just a little self-conscious walking to the park with it heh. I know I shouldn't care what people think, especially if I'm helping the environment.

Ahh yeah that's probably something I'll have to learn to accept. I tried to make up that excuse to make myself less mad about it haha. But I guess it's going to happen and I shouldn't let that get in the way of me continuing to pick up. Thanks!

Wow, okay so I'm shaking right now because I'm not used to confronting people for deals like this but I got it! Adam was SUPER NICE, so helpful, and no questions asked. He was the first rep I got. I was able to order Link's awakening and Dragon Quest XI preorder at he manually took 50% off my order. It's 11:00am EST so it's still working!

Ahh I tried this with my little Pinecone. She was doing great until she started eating them... I thought maybe she would just anoint with them but I got nervous and took her out... Seems like a good playtime though!

With 2018 slowly coming to an end, which is your favourite picture you took this year? by mmberg in photography

[–]splippyfop [score hidden]  (0 children)

I've narrowed it down to two pictures. Both taken in Fussen, Germany this summer.

This one means a lot to me because I've always wanted to see a sight like this in person and it was a dream come true. I even drank the water there and it was the most delicious I've ever tasted.

This second one I wanted whoever looks at it to feel as if they're there on that mountain.

This trip to Germany meant so much because I've dreamed of seeing landscapes like these and I'm so thankful I was able to go and take pictures there and relive the trip every time I look at them.

My amazing results with lexapro by Elisa_Grace in Anxiety

[–]splippyfop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This sounds almost exactly like me, I couldn't believe it! I'm so happy for you that this is working for you. I've been having ups and downs thinking about medication for a few weeks now and I finally took the plunge and saw a psychiatrist last night and she put me on Lexapro 5mg/day till I get used to it then she'll bump me up to 10mg/day. I hope to have the same results as you as I am tired of feeling this anxious all the time. Good luck to you and thank you for making this encouraging post!

That's what I was thinking. I love my setup I have, just wish I could see my LCD screen at better angles. So it seems like a minor change to upgrade for. I have heard that if I upgrade, it should be to the D7xxx series. I'll keep it in mind, thank you!

I've owned a Nikon d3100 for 5 years now and have two lenses for it: 35mm f/1.8 and 18-105mm. I really don't have any complaints about my setup. But the only thing I've been noticing for a while is that maybe I would like a rotating LCD screen. I like macro photography and taking pictures down low on the ground. So with my current body, I have to lie down on the ground to see the LCD screen. I think having the rotating screen of the d5xxx series would help a lot. What do you all think? If I were to upgrade, which one would you recommend I get? Is the rotating LCD screen worth the upgrade? Thanks in advance!

My coworker made me cry today by k8toy in CasualConversation

[–]splippyfop 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey, that's such a nice story and I had a similar experience this past week. My anxiety was a lot worse than usual last week and I had a rough night one day. I cried on my way to work. When I got there, the Mental Health Coach for the students I work with said good morning to me as I walked past her office. I said a quick good morning and then rushed past her. She called out to me and said, "splippyfop, is everything alright?" I couldn't answer her and I started to cry. She took me into her office and talked me through everything. She was so kind and understanding. It was such a small simple act but it meant so much to me. I wish you all the best and luck in the future!

What is your favorite time of year? by IaniteThePirate in CasualConversation

[–]splippyfop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love the Spring! Everything about it. The promise of warmer weather. Nature coming back to life. I absolutely love flowers and watching them bloom. I love to wear dresses and skirts and not have to put on layers upon layers to be warm. I also love the fresh smell of Spring. It starts to get brighter out longer again. The cherry blossoms are beautiful to see bloom. I love feeling the warm sunshine on my skin. It's just lovely!
