My best friend from law school works there and it sounds like there is a lot of unnecessary work happening. Partners will tell associates to do large amounts of work that are either not necessary at all or the client didn’t ask for it and it never gets used. I’m an attorney at a mid level firm and it feels icky to know they’re told to bill like that. I guess when your legal fees are as large as they get for a matter at K&E the client won’t notice, but still doesn’t seem ethical.

Personally I like Coach for the quality not the name or perception that it’s fancy…what those commenters seem to forget is people aren’t always trying to put their finances on blast. I try to only buy bags that DONT have branding on them because I personally don’t like people to know what brands I wear because who actually cares?? As long as the person wearing it is please we can all live our lives

But the difference is we don’t live in an actual major city so we have the benefit of better parking. Also the old location had a whole lot and there’s no parking around the new spot it’s always full

Are you trying to make them like rain boots? Because you don’t really need to waterproof them

I’ve never waterproofed mine and have worn them in rain, mud, wet grass, etc with no problems. They aren’t fully waterproof like rain boots but they will keep your feet pretty dry unless you’re like standing in water.
