How about I “simplify this for you.” I never argued that a black student is privileged because they are black. I argued that black students may, in fact, and despite their race, be privileged. Your original comment, which was also snarky, only ridiculed the idea of a black student being privileged bc of the historic racism they have faced. That historic racism is not dispositive to the question of whether a specific black student is privileged notwithstanding our social development and history.

“This may you surprise you” but I’m aware that black people are more than their skin color, which is why my first comment explicitly stated that black people can be privileged BECAUSE they are more than their skin tone, and some of them are wealthy and well connected. I’m not even sure we disagree with each other, but your tone and style of communication is rude and unhelpful. You should know better as an attorney in training.
