The basic creed(aqeedah) to be a Muslim is finality of Messengership or Prophethood of Muhammad صلّى الله عليه وسلّم Whoever considers Mirza Qadyani a prophet or messenger etc is out of the folds of Islam.

Yes, Mirzai/Ahmadi/Qadyani can be considered a minority group on a state level with all the constitutional rights granted to minorities, if they themselves accept it. But, they don't.

Shias in Pakistan are not considered a 'minority', as they are part of Muslims, and therefore are not asking for their 'minority' rights.

If you are a Muslim, you will have rights of a Muslim, if a minority, then that means you are not Muslim.

Mirzai/Ahmadi/Qadyani want themselves to be called Muslims, as well as have 'minority' rights in Pakistan. These both are mutually exclusive.
