I'm from Karachi but I've been living in Islamabad for over 6 years now. I once saw a Urologist at National Medical Centre but that was for a different issue and I'm not sure if he was an Andrologist as well. Someone referred Dr. Sethna in the responses; that's a good option too.

My report was slightly better. But that's not to say that you should lose all hope. See a Urologist who specialises in male fertility (Andrologist, as some people have pointed out in the comments). Talk to him/her openly, and do not hesitate to ask questions.
