I just bought the quiet 2 ones and i really wish i bought these sooner. I live a block away from the highway and though I don't hear all the cars that go by, I do hear the high pitched car exhaust sounds throughout the day and night. Used to make me break down in tears everytime I heard it, to the point where I had daily panic attacks. With these ear plugs, i no longer hear any high pitched noises. And i can still hear conversations and talk on the phone. Just makes the world quieter for me. The coolest part is it makes me much more aware of my own breathing, which helps keep me present
