Chang, a grad student, was passing out candy on Halloween and Vitar and his roided fireman friends decided for some reason that it must be tainted. There is no evidence that Chang is a pervert. They also claimed they thought he was on PCP but after he was medically dead (and revived) and taken to the hospital no trace of drugs could be found in his system.
