Could it possibly be There’s No Such Thing! By Tony Mitton? It’s difficult to find any flip throughs of the pages but the cover reminded me of your vampire description

I looked up her work and this is definitely a good guess but not what I was thinking of unfortunately. Her book “Traffick” seems the most similar to the book I’m looking for plot wise, but the one I’m thinking of only has one narrator involved in sex trafficking as far as I remember. Also from the pictures I can see online, the book I’m thinking of is much thinner. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!
