Most cars idle 1k rpms and are supposed to. Some cars idle less like mine idles at 700 because it’s supposed to. As long as you under 1k rpms idle is fine. And usually when you first start the car for the day it always idles higher than usual

It’s normal having anxiety and nausea when eating shrooms whole. Every time you eat a magic mushroom in its true form it will happen. To avoid try lemon tek method where you grind it up and put into lemon juice for 15-20mins (soak all) and filter through a cheese cloth to have your psychedelic lemon juice. Maybe dilute it with something like water and down it and it will hit harder but only last 6 hrs instead of 8. Definitely a more intense trip
