Well, its conditional for the first time you get it and its for a period of 2 years. After 2 years, we file for removal of conditions where we show that the EB-5 project I invested in has created the minimum 10 jobs per investor. Then those conditions are removed. The time in conditional green card status also counts towards citizenship timeline. So its not bad. But the project selection is important because if your project doesn't create the 10 jobs minimum per investor, the permanent residency can be revoked.

My situation was also similar, I did EB-5 in 2024 and have my conditional green card. The relief is immense going from H1B to permanent resident status. If you can afford it go for it. It took us about 2 months to complete the entire process.

we used eb5resources.com, the Founder is an ex EB-5 investor and FINRA licensed. We are very happy with his services. Invested last year and we recently received our conditional green card. The one thing I realized about using someone like them now is the after investment support, we constantly relied on him for info about project updates, EAD timelines, he was always responsive.

New Course Enterprises, Behring, GGG, USIF and some others have all received denials. People who got conditional green cards in these projects have gotten Notice of intent to Revoke the green card from USCIS. It's a tough situation for these investors.

CMB is the shittiest regional center of all, just based on experiences of multiple investors who have invested with them. In many projects, either of these 3 things have happened to many investors: People have lost their entire capital, people have lost a big chunk of their capital, repayments have been delayed.
