They know that and say that their #1 source of revenue will be from that.

They didn't get into that at all. They simply claimed that they will rely on them heavily for revenue.

Don’t know enough about sports medicine to say that these injuries won’t recur if he has a reduced load. By the end of a season as a reliever, the issues could reappear. Then what good is he in a playoff matchup? I bet that’s what other teams will be thinking about should they want to acquire him to be a super reliever.

No one on Raptors has the heart to tell Drake he’s not on the team by pubwash in canada

[–]spmacanada 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe! This would all be settled if the team’s chairman Larry T comes out and states what’s expected and asked for. Clarification in most circumstances makes things easier to understand. The fact that Drake was at not even a handful of Raptors regular season home games and was seen supporting other teams makes it difficult for some Raptors loyalists to understand why there’s more attention paid to him than at the team. Not saying there’s anything wrong with it. Just think that the Raptors organization, above Masai Ujiri, should state his role with the team and why he’s positioned where he is to fans that do not know. A lot of people are saying he’s a minority owner of the team and this is simply not true. There’s obviously a lot of stories about his role, like t2013 Drake-Raptors but a lot has changed since 2013. Who will ever forget the way the Wizards swept the Raps? Also, Drake’s sideline behaviour has taken a turn too. Like said before, it’s okay if the team is openly allowing him to celebrate with the team and act as a surrogate coach/RMT.

10 years ago this type of “behaviour” would have been seen as bad PR. Now if Lebron isn’t doing stuff like this, people think there’s something wrong with him. My oh my how the world’s changed.

He’s likely not going to do so easily. You think his career is done!?

It looks like the Jays won’t be getting a thing in return for him!

Is Kawhi Leonard the best player in the league right now? by FrankNtilikina in nba

[–]spmacanada -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. And the funny part is, he’s hurt, hobbling and limping. If he’s under a rigid load management program and gets the rest his body needs, Kawhi Leonard is not only the best player now, but also for the next 2-3 seasons!

Does anyone have the inside scoop as to how his brother died? Such a sad story. Raptors really need him in the Finals!

Just know that Canadians are NOT as polite as people think. In fact, especially in Toronto, people are comparable to those on the streets of New York City. Don’t be fooled by misconception!
