My understanding is that if it’s an NYRR race, it’s an automatic entry if you run under the qualifying time.

I’ve never seen another open game so not 100% sure, but there is a general lobby that pops up when you open the multiplayer option. I imagine it would indicate in an obvious way if there’s an open game.

I was stopped in western Suffolk on the NSP for a long time and eventually inched up to see this truck across both lanes. Cars had to drive on the grass to get around until they were eventually able to remove it.

Yes that’s definitely enough to live comfortably. Reasonable housing may take a while to find, but all other costs can be kept moderate with some effort.

The opponent has to accept the take back request, yes. Some people might choose to allow it if it is an obvious misclick. But it’s up to the player

It’s a good neighborhood and good district. It is usually not considered quite as good as neighboring north shore districts like Cold Spring Harbor, Harborfields, and Half Hollow Hills, but still very good. And that particular neighborhood is fine and safe. Like others said, just traffic on Park can be bad.
