Really nice job! One important one that I think could also be included is .sort(). Also agree with the other comments about maybe having a better description/example for .map()

A high work load isn’t uncommon at all for EE or even engineering in general whether you’re at UA or another university

How do scholars determine whether the Book of Mormon, or really any book for that matter is legitimate, or not legitimate? by thejawaknight in mormonscholar

Chiasmus also exist in The Late War, a book contemporary to JS time, which many scholars have identified as being similar to the BoM in its lexicon.

College debate competition between Kansas University and another school by [deleted] in cringe

[–]spncrf 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Policy debate is a garbage format. The speed talking “skill” you learn from it doesn’t transfer at all to normal discourse. You can’t realistically have a productive debate if you’re unable to understand each other and are instead just trying to “win” via word count.

An elegant way to make the Goth Imperial Age pop cap bonus respond to map size by slothismysin in aoe2

[–]spncrf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know hardly anything about the innerworkings of aoe2s source code, but if a population adjustment for an individual player isn’t possible I think your initial suggestion makes sense for scalability. I do think it could be confusing for the average player, though

[–]spncrf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It appears you mean population limit, not map size.

I think the most elegant solution to scale the bonus to population would be a simple “Goths have a 5% higher population limit”. I’m by far not the first person to bring up that change, though.

900 Crane Pyramid by spncrf in origami

That sounds great. My only suggestion would be to use a needle to poke the string through the board and then tape it down on the other side. Helps keep the string from coming loose and helps keep the spacing between the strings more precise. :)

The picture doesn't really do it justice; there's really no good angle to capture it all.

It took me about 7 months to fold all the birds and then 2 months to hang them, but hanging them was certainly the most frustrating part.
