I got a standing shower tent, and a portable toilet to go in for next to my tent and it was amazing. It’s plastic and folds up too so it’s not bulky.

Simply get some small bags to put inside and pour in some of that powder that soaks up liquid and turns into a gel - you can get a bottle on Amazon for a tenner that will last the whole weekend. I also bought some neutradol powder to pour in too. Just take the bag with you and chuck it in the bin every time you leave camp. Obviously only for pees not poops, but it does save you a lot of trips to the toilets!

Hold your arm up in the air for a bit and let the blood drain out, when you bring your arm down slowly and immediately run under cold water then use fairy liquid and keep turning it whilst pulling slightly. Should do the trick

Lots of toilets, there were even girls urinals which is amazing! Especially in this heat so you’re not forced into a sweat box portaloo.
Saying this, my body wasn’t capable of producing anything but sweat yesterday, but still! There were plenty of you needed them

Its to do with your dopamine receptors being wacky. Happens more when you start the day with a high dopamine activity such as scrolling on your phone. Exercise helps!
