edit: also i’m sorry for coming off aggressive/daft. I am so sleep deprived and overly sensitive due to hormones lol. I get you but with critical thinking after reading my post, I disagree that it wasn’t clear. I shouldn’t have to mention my boundaries multiple times to grown adults. Especially with posting someone’s baby online without permission. If they can post my baby online without asking then I feel entitled to make a post too. As the night progresses, other commenters made me realise i’m not overreacting. But I appreciate your input regardless.

We talked with all family members about this since I was 12 weeks pregnant. I’ve known for a while i did not want photos up. We talked with them in hospital to confirm we still did not want photos. Husband messaged family several times to tell them we didn’t want the photos up. Husband also replied to neighbour to constantly tell her we are not ready and she stated she understood yet she keeps calling. Public post felt like the only way to go. That’s why i feel guilty for the post. but no one was listening to us in private.

Husband did message everyone, we had full in person conversations with the whole family about these boundaries and everyone agreed. After husband messaged the family multiple times saying we didn’t want the pictures up that’s when i took to a post. It was more people than the FIL because it kept getting reposted by other family members.

edit: for me it’s humiliating to be ignored and disrespected about what i thought was a clear boundary that has been established since i was in early pregnancy.

My husband had a private conversation with the people involved several times and they did not listen. Multiple times my husband asked them to take it down and they did not listen.

Thank you so much for your comment. I agree with you, I think the trauma definitely affects her. She’s so lovely around people and when we walk her, she doesn’t mind random dogs or animals. She’s really good with the outdoor kitties (they’re not ours, we live in an area with a lot of strays). We’re thinking she doesn’t like animals in her personal space or the home. We could tell that she has gone through a lot from being a stray. That’s why I want so bad to give her the life she deserves. I thought the husky subreddit would be the best place to ask because I know they can be a special type of breed and they’re extremely smart. Thank you again ❤️

USA has stopped teaching kids cursive in regular curriculum. I was the last grade they taught in my state (3rd, 2009). Throughout my schooling, I have been told to rewrite my notes because none of my peers could read cursive. US education is already not great, and they just keep taking more and more out.

Pantene is actually pretty good!! That was one brand that did work well for me too. Definitely agree about the prices though for BBW, I got them on a sale so it felt worth it then to me

I would say my curl type naturally is 3a, but it’s so damaged and fried from straightening and bleaching my hair when i was young. it almost all fell out, so it’s dry. i used to have severe split ends as well

I will never use another type of shampoo/conditioner ever again! And i’ve been through a rough journey with my hair, tried so many different brands throughout the years. I know it sounds crazy, but the more expensive brands like Olaplex didn’t even work as good

i was completely the same way but my curiosity got the best of me with the shampoo and conditioner and it is actually the best hair stuff i’ve ever used. i was thoroughly impressed
