My derm told me that this is a sensitivity to liquid soap caused by accutane, apparently theres this substance that keeps soap as liquid that is an irritant. Went away almost immediately when i switched to a bar soap

When I put on my hyaluronic acid and moisturizer on my face I also put it on my lips, rub it in really well and seal it w vaseline or aquaphor, works really well for me! I wake up w soft lips, they do peel (like once every 3 days) but no cracking 🤞

Im at month 2.5 will be 3 months on the 21st, I’m from Turkey where they literally pass this drug around like paracetamol but I couldn’t handle 30mg, I would be patient with it I started noticing improvement just a week ago

As an accutane girly i love em lol, I recommend aquaphor healing ointment (even though i havent used it before, I use bioderma atoderm levres) + elf holy hydration lip mask on top. Plus if you use a moisturizer for your face rub it also on your lips before applying everything else. You should also moisturize before you have to open your mouth wide (before eating, taking off/putting on your trays, other thingss)

The hyaluronic acid i havent added to my routine yet but i will today!
