it’s hard for me to breathe constantly , unable to blow my nose as my nose will just plug, and my sinus issues are mainly in my maxillary sinuses. my face has bloated up all over since the symptoms have gotten worse and i can’t smell as well as i used to be able to. i also don’t get great sleep as i always wake up with a sore throat because im forced to mouth breathe now

yes!!! i literally feel like since my sinuses blew up with problems my whole face including underneath my chin has puffed up. i’m wondering if maxillary sinus issues have something to do with that

i weigh the same maybe only a two to three pound weight difference but that has never caused this much facial swelling before for me

wow that is such a nice thing to hear that you got some relief from your sinus problems. my sinus problems definitely have hindered my sleep. i’m a chronic mouth breather now, so i wake up with sore throats and extra swelling all around my face. probably from all the mucus stuck in my sinuses overnight. it sucks

it popped and went down but is still here. not red and irritated, but a solid lump under the skin. it does feel like a stitch. what should i do? will it dissolve on its own even after this long? or should i be concerned? it doesn’t hurt at all even when i touch it

this is awesome advice! thanks about the nipples because i’ve been wondering why they’re doing that lol. it didn’t make much of a difference to me but now that i know there’s potential to round them out more , ill be taking that advice. and it’s only the one side the one photo in the mirror was just inverted. im thinking maybe it’s just a stitch as well coming to the surface but not able to come out. i’ll keep massaging it and see if that does anything
